The building’s money
Kept separately, and shown every month
Each building has its own separate account and balance. In the clear and simple way we share all of this to each owner.
- What came in this month
- What went out, and to whom
- Owners balance and payment
- The documents and the invoices, without asking anyone to scan them

The questions
The two money questions every committee asks
Your building has its own separate account and the money in it stays in it. Every month the app shows what came in, what went out and on what.
The contribution is the annual budget divided by twelve, so winter does not bring a bill three times bigger. The balance and any overrun are on every monthly statement.
Let's talk about your building.
Tell us a little about your building. We will get back to you to discuss the next step.
