For committees

For the committee

We take the workload off your hands and you decide what stays under your control.

An empty common room in the morning: a long oak table, six chairs pushed in, sun through the louvres

The law

The committee is required by law. That is what we are here for

The law requires every jointly owned building to have a committee. Hiring a company is your choice. You stay the client: we report to you and ask before we spend.

  • You approve any expense above €100 before we spend
  • You see who paid and who did not
  • The monthly statement goes to every owner, not only to you
  • You can replace us by a committee decision

The one-pager

One page your neighbours will actually read

You will defend the choice at a general meeting without us in the room. The one-pager gives you the four layers of money, the six promises and the answers, on paper, built to be forwarded.

Ask for the one-pager

In preparation. Yulia sends it by hand; the footer form works too.

The questions

What committees ask us first

Your building has its own separate account and the money in it stays in it. Every month the app shows what came in, what went out and on what, plus our small fee.

It will be known who paid and who did not. We show the balances in the app, but you as the committee have to address the shortfall.

Within a week, most of it paperwork between us and your current manager. The building keeps going while this happens.

Talk to us before the meeting

We help you prepare the case, even if you have not decided yet. One sentence about the building, a range in writing.

Only your name and contact are required.
