Examples

Three building examples.

Illustrative examples to show how shared facilities affect the management fee.

These are examples, not client buildings or fixed quotes.

  • A small block

    From €10per apartment per month

For example8 apartments · No lift · No pool

A simpler management routine with fewer shared facilities to coordinate.

  • A mid-size building

€10 to €20per apartment per month

For example24 apartments · One lift · Garden

Lift servicing and garden care add regular coordination to the building's administration.

  • A complex with a pool

    Towards €20per apartment per month

For example60 apartments · Two lifts · Pool and garden

More shared facilities mean more services, schedules and maintenance to coordinate.

Costs billed separately

  • Electricity and water for common areas

  • Repairs and replacements
  • Reserve contributions agreed by the committee

We do not add a markup to repairs. The building pays the contractor's invoice amount.
